Natasha has been working for the partnership since 2014. She oversees the team and manages all of the utilities, she also helps implement HR issues. During the summer she does the inductions, meeting and greeting new tenants and explaining various things about living in the house.
Owner and Landlady of some of the properties, she brings a vast amount of experience to the business. She was an early-adopter of an eco-approach to rental properties, winning national green awards for the business on the way.
Landlord and Technology Manager. With his great mind for technology he is on hand to deal with any in-house broadband issues and installations.
Anne deals with the finances of the business, having spent many years in banking before joining UWE Houses. Her role includes management of the monthly rents, so call her for a chat if you think you may have difficulties with making your payments or if you want to pay in lump sums when your loan arrives. She is always pleased to hear from you!
Lucy is the longest standing office member of staff, with over ten years’ experience with UWE Houses. She has helped build and develop the company with its expansion over the years. She knows every house inside and out, making her a key member of the team. She takes the lead with co ordinating and organising maintenance projects, being Trevor's first point of call to arrange access to properties.
Catherine has been part of the team for over five years and is very enthusiastic about HR and is our designated tenant dispute manager. She undertakes general administration duties involved in property management and takes the lead with the property viewings and appointments. During the summer she manages the changeover process for each house and communication between various members of the team.
Trevor is the head of maintenance and has been part of the team for many years, managing the whole team's workload as well as his own. Trevor knows the houses very well and has a huge amount of knowledge to draw on - if you have a maintenance problem chances are he will have solved it before!
Ian has been with the company for many years. He is our in-house decorator, working with us full time. He quite often has an apprentice assisting him with his demanding workload.
Lawrence Hewlett Walker
Lawrence assists Trevor with any maintenance issues and has also recently finished college having gained qualifications and skills vital for helping you with any maintenance issues you might have.
Contracted Inventory Clerk
Martin is an inventory clerk who we have contracted over many summers to make sure that we have fair and accurate records at check in and check out. He is highly experienced and impartial.
Steve is a contracted builder that does a lot of work with us throughout the year.
Troy is a contracted builder, who assists Steve with his workload.
Andy leads our team of contracted gardeners, you will mostly see him in the summer getting the gardens ready for check in, but you may also see him at other times of the year pruning trees etc. He is also responsible for the beautiful plants outside our office.
