Please use one of the mobile numbers above to contact us instead of emailing in about an emergency.  Our email inbox is only monitored during office hours.

For repairs and general maintenance, we run a separate email system to the hr address. You can send us an email using the address below.  Please include your property code and a brief description in the email subject line i.e. ‘7 Vas – Bedframe broken’. As with all our maintenance requests, we will have to prioritise and deal with the most urgent requests.
