Complaints

If you are not happy with the way that we have dealt with your personal details, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.  Our complaints procedure is as follows:

Please include your full name and tenancy address in any correspondence. If you are making a complaint on behalf of another person, please provide copies of your power of attorney, or a signed letter of authority from the person on whose behalf you are contacting us.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 10 working days of receipt.

  • We will investigate the issues that you have raised and keep you informed of progress. We will provide you with a written explanation of our findings within 30 working days of your complaint.

  • If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you can contact the Information Commissioners Office to discuss the matter with them. They can be reached on 0303 123 1113 or via ico.org.uk
