In addition to this, we also have houses in Redland and Montpelier. Natasha oversees the team and makes sure both the tenants and crew are happy and in a safe, positive environment! If you're wondering who's behind the interiors of all our lovely homes, you're looking at her! Whether it's pilates or a run in the morning, you can count on her energy to keep the team alive. Efficiency, productivity, outcome, she's the woman for the job.

A very seasoned and meticulous finance expert! You can count on Anne to solve an anomally in the sea of numbers. I would worry if I didn't pay my rent on time! Don't be deceived though, Anne has a heart of gold and a love for travelling. Wine in sunny Greece? Don't tempt her with a good time!

Katy is in charge of supporting our tenants from the very first enquiry, throughout the onboarding process to check-in and finally check-out. From skiing in the snowy mountains to dancing to her favourite music in a summer home, you can bet on her to make the tenants feel welcome and heard.

With Claudia's experience as a recent UWE almunus, she will be the main point of contact for new and existing tenants! She liaises with Trevor to meet each student's expecations and needs. When she's not travelling, don't be surprise to see her on the field playing Ultimate Frisbee for Bristol!
Maintenance Manager

Man of the hour! Trevor is the head of maintenance and has been part of the team for many years, managing the whole team's workload as well as his own. If you have a maintenance problem, chances are he will have solved it before! His attention to detail is more impressive than his dive in the Great Barrier Reef!

Troy is a contracted builder, who assists Steve with his workload. Besides being an artist and animal lover, Troy sure knows how to turn basic accommodation into modern beauties you can call home.

Who said women can't do a better maintenance job than men? Ashleigh supports Trevor in all areas of his daily operations. From small fixes to heavy loads, she never backs down from a challenge. Watching her work, you wouldn't be surprised if she is the new face of the Devil Wears Prada!
